Due to high demand we have decided to place two adventures at a time, changing one of them every month or so.

We are delighted that our site has become widely viewed during the short time we are online and hope that we are benefiting children, teachers and families all over.

We will soon post here our tips and recommendations for a successful yoga practice for teachers and parents and until then remember to always be open minded, take your time and do only as much as you can.
